Only 15 minutes from the center of Nice or the airport, the villa affords the visitor an optimum location for further exploration of Nice or the South of France. Perhaps it's a dip in the large and refreshing pool? Or an afternoon aperitif on the veranda with views of the shimmering Mediterranean off in the distance? With 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to ten guests, Villa La Belle Aurore is perfect for a family retreat or for a group of friends interested in immersing themselves in French culture. Included in the price are, 3 hours of maid service once a week, pool cleaning and gardening, local and long distance phone calls, a crib (on request), set up linens and towels and all utilities. Optional fee services can be booked at the time of your reservation. Parking space is ample and located on-site.
Villa La Belle Aurore’s large and open living salon has been furnished with impeccable taste and great care. The gleaming white floors enhance the use of dark woods, exotic and colorful oriental carpets and interesting paintings and pieces of art. For balance, there is a charming indoor garden replete with an array of Mediterranean flora. For entertainment, there is a lovely grand piano, a game table, exceptionally large pool. Casual meals for eight can be taken in the informal dining area, encircled by walls painted with colorful pastoral and bucolic scenes. Set alight by graceful columns is the separate, formal dining room with seating for up to 14 people and French doors providing direct access out on to the terrace. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with an informal dining table, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. Also, there is a recently renovated exercise room on the ground floor. Washer and Dryer are located in the villa for guest use.
The five bedrooms all have either mountain or sea views, most with access out on to the courtyard. The large master suite includes a King bed, a large walk in closet, stereo, TV, DVD player and a private deck overlooking the city of Nice and the Mediterranean. The ensuite bathroom has a large double tub, double sinks and a separate shower and toilet. The comfortable and nicely furnished remaining four bedrooms have Queen 160cm beds and two shared bathrooms with bathtub shower combination. The stunning pool area and terrace are a treat in itself. Surrounded by lush gardens and boasting spectacular views of Nice and the French Riviera, relaxing in the sun and eating outside have never been more pleasurable. The pool area comes equipped with a dining table, chairs, umbrellas, sun beds, cushions and a barbecue.

Nice is home to many festivals and lively celebrations. In fact, plan your trip any time of the year and you are bound to find yourself happily ensconced in the middle of one festival or another. February is host to Carnivale, one of the largest in Europe and a time of jubilant celebration and merrymaking. Spring, and its symbolic time of renewal, ushers in the arrival of the Cougourdons Feast, followed by the equally festive May Feast. In June, Nice celebrates its patron saints, Saint Peter (patron of fishermen) and Saint John. In July, Nice switches gears and hosts a Jazz Festival. Summer ushers in a plethora of musical venues, including a Festival of Sacred Music (June), the Festival Voucalia de Musique Mediterraneenne (July), and Les Nuits Musicales de Nice (July and August). This year-long roster of events is sure to please even the most discerning cultural palate.
